Session 12: Collecting Payment

The party heads to Mirabar to try to collect extra bounty on the work that they have done. After handling much bureaucracy they finally manage to convince the Miribarran Captain of the Guard to pay them for the efforts, with half the 600 gold reward paid now, and the other half coming after the dwarves confirm that the job is done.

While in Mirabar the party also encounters foul rumours surrounding the operations of the Everbrew house, although nothing is confirmed. 

In the Black Flagon, an inn some of the party is staying at, they encounter Morornil Spellaerith, a Zhentarim agent. Believing the party to also be agents of Zhentarim, he gives them a packet of letters to deliver to Astra Boldwinter at the Black Star Inn, along with the pass phrase "The Northern Raven".

Finally, Immeral confers with his God, Oghma, who tells him to bring the artefact to the Obsidian Pinnacle in the Downshadow of Waterdeep.

Armed with gold, intrigue, and directives, the party spends a last night in Miribar before heading on their way.
